This Autoinflammatory Panel analyzes 117 genes associated with autoinflammatory disease. It is a robust panel that includes all NOD2 variants and notates Yao Syndrome specifically. Requires your physician to order it.

This Periodic Fever Panel analyzes 10 genes associated with autoinflammatory disease. It includes all NOD2 variants and notates Yao Syndrome specifically. Requires your physician to order it. 

Invitae primary immunodeficiency panel

This Primary Immunodeficiency Panel analyzes 429 genes associated with inherited disorders of the immune system, including autoinflammatory diseases. It is their broadest test for primary immunodeficiency. Please note that you will have to ask for the Supplemental Variant Report and either have your doctor review it or review the variants yourself. Does not include the NOD2  IVS8+158 Intronic Variant. ARUP Laboratories Periodic Fever Syndrome Panel

This Periodic Fever Syndromes Panel analyzes 10 genes associated with autoinflammatory disease. It is an older panel and NOD2 variants. You may have to request the benign variants report. Requires your physician to order it.
